We submit your official lien search to the city
Your official municipal lien search goes to the City of Tampa the same or next business day, covering code enforcement liens and city utility balances.
The city processes it
The City of Tampa’s standard turnaround is 7 business days. This half of the timeline belongs to the city, not us — and we tell you that up front rather than pretending otherwise.
You receive one organized PDF
A LienClean cover page, your permit report, and the unaltered official city lien payoff letter — plus the county research supplement if you ordered Plus. Everything clearly labeled, nothing retyped.
