How is overage billed on subscriptions?
Searches beyond your monthly allotment are billed at your plan’s overage rate — $69 on Starter, $59 on Pro — at the end of the billing cycle. You’ll see each overage search itemized on your invoice, and we’ll flag it at order time so there are no surprises.
Do unused searches roll over?
No — monthly search credits reset each billing cycle and don’t roll over. If your volume swings month to month, the Starter plan plus overage pricing is usually the better fit; if you’re consistently above 15 files a month, talk to us about Agency pricing.
Can I upgrade a Basic order to Plus after ordering?
Yes, as long as we haven’t completed the county research window. Email us with your order ID and we’ll invoice the $60 difference and add the manual Hillsborough County Clerk and Tax Collector check to your file.
Is there a contract on subscriptions?
No long-term contract — subscriptions are month to month and you can cancel before your next billing date. Searches already submitted to the city remain non-refundable.
