The self-serve subscriber portal is rolling out to Starter, Pro, and Agency subscribers. We’re building it carefully rather than shipping it half-done — so here’s exactly how subscription ordering works today:
How subscribers order right now
- Order: use the dedicated intake link we sent when your subscription started. Every search you submit through it is counted against your monthly credits automatically.
- Track: every order is trackable at Track My Order with the order ID and your email, just like single searches.
- Billing & credits: questions about remaining credits, overage, or upgrading your plan — email us and we’ll answer same business day.
Not a subscriber yet? See plans and volume pricing — Starter includes 5 searches a month, Pro includes 15 plus 2 Plus upgrades, and every search still gets the free permit history report.
