1. What we collect

We collect only what you give us:

Order form: your name, email, phone (optional), company (optional), role, the property address and related details (unit, ZIP, parcel/folio, closing date), and any notes you add.
Contact form: your name, email, topic, and message.
Lead magnet form: your email, first name (optional), and role (optional).

We do not use tracking cookies for core site function, and order tracking works by order ID + email — no accounts or sessions required. Payment card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never seen or stored by LienClean.

2. How we use it

To fulfill your order: submitting the lien search to the City of Tampa, running the permit search, and delivering your reports.
To communicate about your order (confirmations, delivery, status).
To respond to contact inquiries.
To deliver the free guide and, if you opted in, occasional relevant emails — every email includes an unsubscribe link.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone except the processors below, and the City of Tampa to the extent necessary to run your search.

3. Processors we rely on

Stripe — payment processing. Your payment details are handled under Stripe’s own privacy policy.
Email delivery provider — to send order confirmations, reports, and requested content.
Workflow infrastructure — the automation systems that route your order from form to fulfillment.

4. Retention

We retain order records (including delivered reports) for as long as needed to support you and meet legal and accounting obligations. Lead magnet signups are retained until you unsubscribe.

5. Your choices and deletion requests

You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time via the link in any message. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, contact us via the contact page; we will respond within a reasonable period and honor deletion requests except where retention is required for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.

6. Children

Our service is for real estate professionals and adult consumers; it is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

7. Changes

We will post any updates to this policy on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
